A courtesy link below to the 4 hours online classroom for Ohio adults in place of the in-person classroom. This provides the opportunity to take the class in your own home, by Skillful Driver.

Starting July 1, 2017, adults age 18 years and older who have never held a driver license before and who fail their first attempt at the maneuverability and/or road test are required to take an Abbreviated Adult Training Course. 4 hours with a licensed instructor.
Adults must have their valid Temporary Permit, proper eye and shoe wear, BTW sheet present for every drive, prepared for adverse conditions and have a mask.
Adult's can be picked up at home, however arrangements can be made to be picked up at school or work, depending on location appointment.
Before an Adult can schedule In-car training;
Must Enroll and be paid in full
Must uploaded picture of Temporary Permit onto the adults account under "Upload Files"
Must have 4 hr Original certificate of completion from the online course provider

Fill out and sign the Professional;

For your convenience we have three opions for you to get us the documents:
1) You may scan and upload document onto the adults account under "Upload Files"
2) You may mail to; 12000 Snow road suite#6, Parma, Ohio 44130
3) You may drop off at; 12000 Snow Road suite#6, Parma, Ohio 44130 (ONLY)
For your convince we also have a drop box available Monday-Friday 10am-5pm at the above address.
Must send a discussion from the students account noting uploads were done in order for the office staff to process.
ONCE DOCUMATION IS AT THE OFFICE and DISCUSSION SENT, YOU RECIEVE A DISCUSSION ON ADULTS ACCOUNT CONFIRMING NEXT STEP.

The mandatory behind-the-wheel instruction is provided in 4 hours at the adult's convenience and around the instructor's availability.
In-car training consists of one-on-one training, 2 hours per day for 2 days or 4 hours in one day plus a break.

BEHIND THE WHEEL TRAINING FORM
Adults have 3 months to complete the 4 hours of behind-the-wheel portion with us.
Applicants, who choose the option for 24 hours of driving with a licensed driver 21 years of age or older, cannot complete more than 4 hours of driving in one day, and are done only after completetion and passing of the classroom portion.
