PART ONE:
For Online Classroom Training

This online drivers education course is fully approved in Ohio and satisfies Ohio's licensing requirements.
Professional Driving School provides this COURTESY LINK below for Ohio students to complete the required 24-hour online classroom instead of attending in person classes.

Disclaimer: The online course is not through Professional Driving School. We only provide this courtesy link that redirects you to a seperate company that provides online course for a fee. Through Professional Driving School, we only offer in person classes at many locations and citys. If the student decides to do online classes, student must sign up using the link below and pay the $52.80 fee. Once the student is done with the 24 hours of online classes, then student must sign up on Professional Driving Schools website for the 8 hours of driving.

PART TWO:
Behind the Wheel Package For Students Who Have Already Completed The 24 Hour Online Classes
*8 Hours Behind the Wheel (this does NOT include classroom) $599.00

Mandatory 8 hours of Behind the Wheel consists of one-on-one in-car instruction (2 hours a day for 4 days)

Training scheduled at your convenience (based on instructor availability).

For EVERY behind-the-wheel lesson, students must have their VALID Temporary Permit, proper eye wear, closed toed shoes (sneakers/tennis shoes ONLY), BTW sheet, and be prepared for adverse conditions (winter/fall coat, pants, ect.) for each BTW lesson.

Option for pick-up from home (depending on city instructor and location), however, arrangements must be made by contacting the instructor directly to be picked up at school or work, depending on location appointment. (instructors contact # is next to their name under the appointment)

If the city you live in is NOT the same as the city instructor you book with, you will have to MEET at the address of the location appointment you chose. However, different arrangements can be made by contacting your instructor directly.
Before you can schedule in-car training:
1. Enrollment and full payment
2. Upload a clear picture of your VALID temporary permit plastic card on the students acccount under the "Upload Files" tab under ---"Temporary permit" tab
3. Parent signing the documents must upload a clear picture of their valid driver license onto the students account under the "Upload Files" tab under --- "Driver license" tab
4. Upload the original signed 24-hour course completion certificate from the online program.
- Please ensure that the name on your Certificate of Completion exactly matches the name on your Temporary Permit.
- Use your full legal first and last name (middle names are not required), including any suffixes as listed on your Temporary Permit (example- Jr., II, III).
5. Sign and submit the required Training Agreement and Information release form
(physical signatures' required on both)
- These 2 documents can be found on the students account under the "Prints" tab
- Signatures on All forms must be physically signed by the student and/or parent using their full legal first and last name. Printed signatures, typed fonts, initials, or nicknames cannot be accepted. Please ensure ALL paperwork is hand-signed.
For your convenience, we offer three easy ways to submit your documents:
1. Upload Online:
You may scan your documents using a printer/scanner and upload them to the student’s account under “Upload Files.” (Please note: These must be scanned copies. Photos are not accepted, except for the temporary permit.)
2. Drop Off:
You may DROP OFF your documents at:

3. Mail:
You may MAIL your documents to:

Once all paperwork has been uploaded, mailed, or dropped off, you must send a Discussion message from the student’s account confirming that all documents and payment have been submitted.
This confirmation message is required so our office staff can be notified to review your account.
Please note:
Failure to follow all guidelines may result in delays or misdirection, for which we are not responsible.
Important Reminders:

Students may not complete more than 2 hours of in-car training in a single day.

After all documentation has been received and your Discussion message has been sent, you will receive a reply in the student’s account with the next steps.

Students have 6 months to complete the 8 hours of behind-the-wheel training.

PART THREE: Required Documents Checklist
Please ensure you have submitted all of the following:
Photo of the FRONT of your valid Temporary Permit (plastic card)
Photo of parent/guardian drivers license (who signed paperwork)
Original Certificate of Completion (from online company)
Online Training Agreement Form (found under the "Prints" tab in your account)
Information Release Form (found under the "Prints" tab in your account)
After submitting all documents, please check your Discussion messages under the “Contact” tab in the student’s account for updates or further instructions.
Upon successful completion of the program and submission of all required documents to the main office, your paperwork will be processed.
Your Certificate of Completion will be uploaded to the student’s account under the “Upload Files” tab within approximately 5 business days.
You must present this certificate at the exam station when taking your driving test.
You may visit Ohio B.M.V. at bmv.ohio.gov to schedule your road test after you have received your Certificate of Completion from Professional Driving School.
