Starting July 1, 2017, adults age 18 years and older who have never held a driver license before and who fail their first attempt at the maneuverability and/or road test are required to take an Abbreviated Adult Training Course. 4 hours of classroom and 24 hours of driving with a licensed driver, 21 years and older.
