Steps for completing your Driver's Education Course:
Please read carefully before proceeding:

Step 1:
Things you need to do first:
- Please upload picture of students Temporary Permit front onto their account under "Upload Files"
- Please print and fill out the Training Agreement Form (under the Prints tab in your account) according to your temporary permit. (this can NOT be a picture)
- Please print and fill out the Medical Release Form (this can NOT be a picture and under the Prints tab in your account)
- Obtain the original 24 hr completion certificate from your online course provider.
- Scan and Upload ORIGINAL certificate provided by the online course provider under "Upload Files"
- Another way you may submit documents is by mail or drop off at the 12000 Snow Road suite#6 Parma, Ohio 44130
Note: A discussion needs to be sent from the students account noting uploads were done.
Office hours are 10am to 5pm Monday thru Friday. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
Note: A discussion will be sent to the student giving the next step.

Step 2:
To Schedule Behind the Wheel training
Once you have paid in full and all documation is in the office is approved.
You can schedule your behind the wheel training.
Note: There is a max of 2hrs per calendar day.

Step 3:
Things you need for your driving appointments:
- Valid Temporary Permit, plastic form, and proper eye, mask & foot wear.
- Please print and fill out the BEHIND THE WHEEL TRAINING FORM (under the Prints tab in your account) according to your temporary permit and have it with you for each lesson. If you can't print this form your instructor has a copy.
Note: Discussions are sent on the students account for communication, NOT email.

Step 4:
Upon successfully completing your classroom and behind the wheel training and once all documents are received at our main office, you will receive a Certificate of Completion approximately 7 - 14 business days, which you must present to the exam station for your driving test. (recommend taking a printed copy)
Student Agreement
Failure to cancel scheduled driving appointment 24 hours in advance, present valid Temporary Permit, proper eye and foot wear, and NOT being on time will result in a $25 fee due on your next behind the wheel training or can be paid credit card by calling the office.
Refund policy: no refund will be issued after training begins, payments six months old or student has not checked calander daily for 30days.
Instructor arrival will be 15 minutes before or after the time of the driving appointment.
Professional Driving School reserves the right to call and cancel or reschedule appointments.
I understand that it will take approximately 7 - 14 Business Days after I have completed Driver's Training at Professional Driving School to receive my Certificate of Completion via uploaded and I will not schedule my driver's exam at the B.M.V. until I have received it.
Failure to follow all the guidelines could result in misdirected or delay - which we are not responsible for.
