Steps for completing your Driver's Education Course:
Please read carefully before proceeding:

Step 1:
Schedule your classroom training.
You can choose classes at any of our locations in any order you'd like except for class 6 it has to be done last. Except our Parma classroom. It is the only location that does 8 classes, 3 hours each. (Lesson 8 done last). Cannot mix with another location.
Things you need on the first day of class:
- Please upload picture of students Temporary Permit front onto their account under "Upload Files"
- Please print and fill out the Training Agreement Form (under the Prints tab in your account) according to your temporary permit.
- Please print and fill out the Medical Release Form (under the Prints tab in your account) according to your temporary permit.
- Please bring a Notebook, Pen/pencil and mask.
- Please bring your valid Temporary Permit.
- Be on time for class.(if late you will not be able to attend)
- If taking a class at a different location, please have your paperwork with you. You are responsible for your paperwork.
- $100.00 Deposit or the full amount of the course, if you paid online please bring your confirmation order number.
Note: Forms are available in each classroom, a parent must be present on the first day of class to sign the training agreement and medical release forms.
Once you have paid in full and submitted your receipt numbers and completed all of your classroom classes, YOU RECIEVE A DISCUSSION ON STUDENTS ACCOUNT CONFIRMING NEXT STEP so you can start scheduling your driving.

Step 2:
Things you need for your driving appointments:
- Valid Temporary Permit, have a mask, proper eye and shoe wear.
- Please print and fill out the BEHIND THE WHEEL TRAINING FORM (under the Prints tab in your account) according to your temporary permit and have it for each lesson, if you can't print this form your instructor has a copy.
Note: Discussions are sent on the students account for communication.

Step 3:
Upon successfully completing your classroom and behind the wheel training and once all documents are received at our main office,you will receive a Certificate of Completion approximately 7-14 business days, which you must print and present a hard copy to the exam station for your driving test.
Student Agreement
Failure to cancel scheduled driving appointment 24 hours in advance and present a valid Temporary Permit will result in a $25 fee due on your next behind the wheel training.
Refund policy: no refund will be issued after training begins, payments six months old or student has not checked daily for 30days.
Instructor arrival will be 15 - 20 minutes before or after the time of the driving appointment.
Professional Driving School reserves the right to call and cancel or reschedule appointments.
I understand that it will take approximately 7 - 14 Business Days after I have completed Driver's Training at Professional Driving School to receive my Certificate of Completion via uploaded and I will not schedule my driver's exam at the B.M.V. until I have received it.
Failure to follow all the guidelines could result in misdirected or delay - which we are not responsible for.
